Our office will be manned by a skeleton staff from the 24th to the 31st of December.

Any messages or queries submitted throughout this period may take longer to be answered. Please try to avoid sending a follow-up unless you haven't heard anything from us by the end of the working day (17:00 UK time) on Friday 2nd of January 2026.

We are available 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday UK time, excluding UK Bank Holidays and will aim to reply to your enquiry within one working day, but in busy periods this may take longer. If you're contacting us about an order please include the order number (e.g. RTC12345) or your query might be delayed.
