British-made white bone china teapot. We have collaborated with Freud to create the perfect teapot. Two heads are always better than one...
It is a fine bone china teapot hand cast in The Potteries of Stoke-on-Trent, UK.
Delicate and strong, it is the optimum size to get your leaf-to-water ratio spot on to make consistently perfect tea.
The smaller pot is perfect for two small tea cups or one large mug.
The larger pot will make double.
It's far better to make several infusions of your precious leaf than one large pot left to stew and become bitter and cold. So please chose the smallest size you need.
A bespoke RTC teapot we looked back to the time when tea was truly cherished- and more valued than gold, saffron or champagne. If you visit the V&A museum in London you will see that in the 18th Century this was considered the perfect size for a teapot.
Bone china which may look delicate, but is as robust as it is beautiful.
