A fruity and floral early summer harvest. Notes of gooseberry, physalis and the shattering top of a crème caramel as you burst through it with your spoon.
The Temi Tea Garden
The first time Henrietta visited the farm she arrived on the remote garden in absolute darkness.
She was lead through the withering rooms, where the tea is laid out on warm beds to dry, to her own warm bed upstairs.
She slept to the aroma of fresh leaves perfuming the air and woke to this view.
The tea crafted at Temi is some of the best we have ever drunk. It has not been easy in 2020 to bring you the tea from this remote mountain garden.
Lockdowns in both UK and India, roads, ports, vessels and warehouses made inaccessible, and it took incredible tenacity from both the farm and the Rare Tea team to secure its safe arrival.
