Both of these are British made. The Bone China mug is made with a bespoke leaf and cloud patterns created by artist and friend Tom Berry - painstakingly applied by hand. Crafted in an historic pottery in Stoke-on-Trent, England, with hundreds of years of tradition and experience in fine porcelain.
Our Charlie Collier Tea Mug is handmade British stoneware with a celadon glaze from renowned ceramicist Charlie Collier.
And our Rare Tea Infuser is made from stainless steel - infuse your loose leaf tea directly in your mug, and when it's steeped to perfection simply pop it on the matching tray, ready for the next infusion.
The Leaf Bone China Mug and Charlie Collier Mug hold the equivalent of two teacups 300 ml (11 fl oz) - perfect when you prefer more tea (who doesn't to be honest?).
The Leaf Mug, Charlie Collier Tea Mug and Rare Tea Infuser are dishwasher safe (however, we’d always recommend washing and rinsing the Charlie Collier Tea Mug by hand).

Returns
The Rare Tea Lady believes that our teas are some of the greatest in the world, and that our range and service are second to none.
In the isolated case that you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from our website, please get in contact with our customer services team to discuss returning your order.*
In most instances, we will give you a full refund of the item's cost, excluding postage. We may ask you to return the item to us.** Customers in the UK & European Union have statutory rights not affected by this guarantee, but any bags of tea must remained sealed for this to be in effect.
*We only accept returns/refunds for tea within 30 days of receipt, because it is impossible for us to know if the tea has been stored correctly.
**We will endeavour to ask for pictures where possible - but if you have changed your mind and are outside of any statutory rights time period, return postage is payable by you.
