Please note that due to COVID-19 the Rare Tea customer support team are working remotely and we have temporarily removed our telephone service. We will endeavour to respond to all emails within one working day.

IMPORTANT

Due to COVID-19 and the high volumes of mail being experienced by postal services during the holiday season we are seeing a number of delays to orders. We have limited access to information about orders once they enter the postal system, so your patience and understanding is hugely appreciated at this time.

Please carefully read the below before contacting us with any delivery enquiries regarding orders sent with standard delivery:

UK

  • Parcel numbers provided with UK Standard Delivery and FREE UK Standard Delivery do not provide door to door tracking and will only show when your order has been delivered or delivery has been attempted.
  • Royal Mail recommends UK orders may take up to 10 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the day after dispatch for delivery.
  • If 10 working days have passed, please contact us - quoting your order number and confirming you have checked your shipping address for any errors. We regret there is nothing that we can do before this time.

EUROPE

  • Parcels sent with Europe Standard Delivery and FREE Europe Standard Delivery are not tracked.
  • Royal Mail recommends European orders may take up to 20 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the day after dispatch for delivery.
  • If 20 working days have passed, please contact us - quoting your order number and confirming you have checked your shipping address for any errors. We regret there is nothing that we can do before this time.

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Parcels sent with ROW Standard Delivery and FREE ROW Standard Delivery are not tracked.
  • Royal Mail recommends orders may take up to 25 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) from the day after dispatch for delivery.
  • If 25 working days have passed, please contact us - quoting your order number and confirming you have checked your shipping address for any errors. We regret there is nothing that we can do before this time.
