How to subscribe to Rare Tea

Subscribe to any of our teas, any way you want...

We're very happy to let you know that you can subscribe to any of our teas.

You can choose how much tea you'd like to subscribe to, plus schedule of when it will be shipped to you. You can mix and match your favourite teas to your hearts content - there's no limit to what you can do. You can cancel at any time and your details are securely stored and encrypted.

Choose from any combination of teas and any timeframe - why not have Silver Tip Jasmine and South African Wild Rooibos delivered every two months? Or how about one bag of every breakfast tea we sell every fifteen days? You could even set up a standing order for your office.

The best part? There's a permanent 10% discount for any subscription.

How it works:

1. Pick the tea you'd like to subscribe to.

(We'll use Rare Earl Grey for this example).

2. Select "Subscribe"

Note how a 10% discount is immediately calculated!

3. Choose your delivery period - this is how often it will get dispatched to you.

We've added some basic options - if you don't see the time period you'd like, just get in touch.

4. Choose what you'd like to subscribe to - a small bag, a tin or even a big bag!

Subject to stock and product availability.

5. Finally, choose how much you'd like.

We'd recommend two bags a month for a regular drinker and three if you're a serious sipper.

6. Click/tap "Subscribe" to add the item to your basket.

You can mix and match subscriptions so don't hesitate to get creative! You can even combine subscription and non-subscription items.

Please note that due to the way we securely store your details, subscriptions are currently only available in GBP (£). If shopping in another currency, your cart will automatically be converted to GBP at up to date rates.

Subscription Shipping

Just like all your orders from us, you'll receive free shipping if the value is £40 or more for the UK, $50 for the USA, $80 for Canada, €70 for Europe and £60 for everywhere else.

If you subscribe to products that total less than the free shipping threshold, you'll be charged shipping.

If you subscribe to products with a different delivery period (i.e. 2 weeks and 4 weeks), each shipment will be calculated separately for shipping.
