On 14th February we are trying something new - a Valentine's Day virtual tea party hosted by @raretealady to bring us all together.
Unlike our other Masterclasses this will be on Zoom so we can all join in - an afternoon tea party with live tasting, questions and stories.
This will be a chance to see each other and exchange ideas and appreciation. What better time to celebrate the love we share and one another.
This event is free to join. We wanted to give our wonderful tea community a chance to see each other and exchange ideas and appreciation.

A Valentine's Day virtual tea party hosted by Henrietta Lovell (the Rare Tea Lady).

Sunday 14th of February at 5.30pm (GMT) for 60 - 70 minutes. (CET 6.30pm, EST 12:30pm, CST 11.30am, MST 10.30am, PST 9.30am.)
Where
We'll be hosting this tea party on Zoom so please make sure can access and install this software before reserving a ticket. You'll be emailed a link to access shortly before the event starts.

Returns
The Rare Tea Lady believes that our teas are some of the greatest in the world, and that our range and service are second to none.
In the isolated case that you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from our website, please get in contact with our customer services team to discuss returning your order.*
In most instances, we will give you a full refund of the item's cost, excluding postage. We may ask you to return the item to us.** Customers in the UK & European Union have statutory rights not affected by this guarantee, but any tea pouches must remained sealed for this to be in effect.
*We only accept returns/refunds for tea within 30 days of receipt, because it is impossible for us to know if the tea has been stored correctly.
**We will endeavour to ask for pictures where possible - but if you have changed your mind and are outside of any statutory rights time period, return postage is payable by you.
