To check your points balance, you must be logged in to your account. Your balance is listed on in both your account, the rewards page, and in the rewards widget.

Yes, please make sure you're browsing in your location/currency (use the switcher in the menu or the footer). Both the Rare Reward Points for placing and order AND redeemable rewards will show in your local currency.

Note that until you earn enough points to redeem an award the values will only show in GBP (we're trying to change this, watch this space!)

Your Rare Reward Points will be credited one day after the relevant action is completed.

For example - if you place an order on at 9:15am on Monday, you'll receive the points at 9:15am on Tuesday. If you haven't received the points for an order that you believe you should have earned points on, do get in touch with us.

Yes, you don't earn Rare Reward Points on Rare Charity donations (including checkout donations).

Points are calculated on the order subtotal excluding shipping and discounts - for example, a £100 purchase with a 10% discount will have a rewardable amount of £90, giving you 90 points.

You can submit up to five rewarded reviews every 30 days. You must have ordered the product for the reward to count and for each of these product reviews, you will receive 5 points.

Your Rare Reward Points will expire after one year. Any action taken (earning or redeeming points) updates the expiration date for the total amount of your points.

For example, if you earn 100 points for placing an order, which will expire in 365 days, but thirty days later you leave a review earning 5 more points, you will then have 105 points in total. The expiry date for the 105 points is 365 days from the date you left the review.

If you're signed up to our mailing list, we'll send you an email letting you know your points are expiring at 28 days and 7 days before expiry.

Your rewards will expire after 28 days, so please use them before they expire. We cannot reissue expired rewards.

If you're signed up to our mailing list, we'll send you an email letting you know your rewards are expiring at 14 days and the day before expiry.

If you return a order, the Rare Reward Points you earned for that order will be deducted from your account. If it's a partial return, only the points of returned items will be deducted.

Yes, reward discount codes function like any other discount code or offer. You will receive a full refund and the Rare Reward Points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.
