Unfortunately, due to an internal change at our mail carrier in light of changes to the EU Customs Code, we can no longer offer free shipping to Europe. We're hoping this situation is temporary and we're looking to have a new service up and running as soon as possible.

From the 1st July 2026, the EU are removing the exemption from customs duty for parcels valued at €150 or below. We'd STRONGLY recommend reading our page on what these changes mean for your orders going forward.

- Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (both UK and local) are not included as working days.
- All orders placed after 12pm GMT are regarded as being received by us on the next working day (Monday - Friday).
- All delivery estimates are guidelines and inclement weather, public holidays, and seasonal delays may affect your parcel.
- For all shipments, please give an accessible daytime delivery address.
- Any order sent to the EU is subject to assessment by your local customs authority (including those valid for IOSS) - customs clearance is not included in shipping estimates.
- Any order sent to the EU may be subject to customs charges in certain countries. Please be aware that Rare Tea company is not liable for these charges. This is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Europe Express Tracked Delivery
- Delivery in approximately 1 to 6 working days for Europe.
- Express tracked parcel service, carried to EU countries only, excluding the Netherlands.
- Parcels are dispatched by FedEx.
- IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) available on orders to the EU underneath €150 (approx. DKK 1,120, excluding VAT + shipping) threshold.For more information about IOSS, click here.

Europe/International Express Courier
- Delivery in approximately 1 to 2 working days for Europe.
- Parcels are dispatched by DHL Express.
- IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) available on orders to the EU underneath €150 (approx. DKK 1,120, excluding VAT + shipping) threshold. For more information about IOSS, click here.
- From the 1st of July 2026, customs duty is applicable to any shipment carried by this service, which is payable by the recipient. For more information about the changes to EU shipments, click here.
