When I saw this masterclass on Afternoon Tea being offered, with the opportunity to purchase a sampling of 6 teas, I couldn't resist. These teas I might not otherwise have ordered on my own, so a great time to try! I was not disappointed. I loved trying each tea, brewing just as Henrietta suggested (time and temperature). And the great stories of the origin of the event of Afternoon Tea, as long as some of the stories of the tea growers, made this a delightful time and experience. This class would not have been as interesting or meaningful without the tea samples. Did I mention that they were generous?! I will definitely be ordering some of the teas on my own. If you are going to take a class with Henrietta (which is ALWAYS delightful) and you have the option of buying tea, DO IT!
