We all need something wonderfully warm and comforting at this time of year. In our latest masterclass Henrietta will explore some of her favourite loose leaf teas and herbal infusions for colder months.
We’ll show you how to make three different versions of Masala Chai - from the traditional method of steeping the loose leaf black tea and spices directly in hot milk (nut milks work just as beautifully) to making latte/flat white versions.
We’ll discover Honeybush, our incredible new Fynbos herbal tea from the Cederberg region of South Africa - and how we can enhance the beautiful flavours still further. We’ll make Hot Toddies with our Golden Breakfast loose leaf tea and explore ways to infuse this delicious Turmeric laced tea, to balance all the goodness with a little festive indulgence.
And lastly we will infuse a non-alcoholic, caffeine free bedtime toddy to help soothe sniffles and fight off winter ailments with our Himalayan Ginger and Lemongrass herbal tea. Henrietta will offer an insight into why she selected these teas for Rare Tea Company and tell you a little about the people behind them.
