It couldn't be simpler; use just about any tea, fill with water and 6 - 12 hours later you've got a spellbinding cold infusion. Pretty much any tea can be made into a cold infusion - try your favourites and see how they differ from a hot infusion.
We've found the best place to start is about 6 grams per litre (about 2oz of tea per 34fl oz) of water.
Leave for 6 - 12 hours (in the fridge) and enjoy.
The bottle itself is made out of toughened glass, and the lid is made out of high-quality silicone, with a watertight stopper. There's a removable filter that slots into the lid, meaning you can just pour and enjoy.
One of the best things about cold extraction is that as there's no heat involved, you get very little (if any) tannin in the infusion.
