The aim of this tea class is to give you the expertise to infuse any loose leaf tea, and the confidence to extract the best flavours from the best tea leaves without wasting a drop.

In this class you will be able to ask real time questions and learn the simple tricks that can transform a very good cup of tea into something exceptional.

Over the last 16 years Henrietta has taught the teams behind some of the best hotels and restaurants across the world. From Afternoon Tea at Claridge’s to 3 Michelin starred restaurants including Gordon Ramsay’s Royal Hospital Road London to The Modern in New York and Meadowood in California. She certainly knows what she’s talking about.

But please don’t be intimidated – she has also seduced many tea novices into to becoming tea addicts through the sheer delight of exploring lovely leaves. This is not a stuffy tutorial to intimidate the uninitiated - but a joyous and inclusive celebration.
