Green Tea

The benefits of drinking green tea are widely known and the subject of a huge amount of clinical research. There are, however, some myths surrounding these delicious leaves:

Does green tea contain Caffeine? Yes. It is crafted from the same leaves of the Camellia Sinensis bush as black tea. It is crafted differently to retain lighter, brighter flavours.

Why is green tea good for you? Green tea is rich in antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols. However, we highly recommend drinking hand-crafted loose leaf tea, sustainably grown without pesticides and herbicides over industrially grown and processed bags.
