So for me, getting the best from Rose Pouchong,I am learning the timing of the steep together with the right temperature.For me it's somewhere below 2 minutes.I have achieved 1 perfect cup so far ! Others have been a bit too bitter, still the rose petals are always enveloping ... and comforting.It's great with the best real cakes you can find or bake yourself !
